Shipping/Returns

Orders for our Cut-N-Ship Fresh Wheatgrass Program will be shipped DHL next day air at a flat rate of $25.00 anywhere in the continental USA.
All other orders will be shipped UPS ground anywhere in the continental USA unless otherwise specified.

Before returning any item, you must notify us and obtain a Return Authorization (RA)Number. Any product damaged in shipping must be reported within 3 days. Please include your name, confirmation/order number and a day time phone number to 1-866-583-8776.  Products not used or damaged wil require a 20% restocking fee when returned.  Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.

Since we are a retailer of the products in this store only manufacturers warranty apply. Read the warranty information carefully.
